Stopped in a few weeks ago to bring In bagels to work. The regular guy was not there, there was a handful of bagels in the display. The guy that was working said that they had a leak in the bagel machine and were backed up. Stopped in again today, same thing, no bagels in the display, just a couple bins stacked on top of each other with a scant amount of bagels. Was never acknowledged by the guy behind the counter, so I left. Don't know what is going on here, my coworkers and I have really enjoyed the bagels in the past, hope this is a temporary lapse and things turn around.
Stopped back in today and happy to say the service was good, the bagel selection was plentiful and the bagels good as always -

Solid bagel sandwich: good egg to meat (pork roll) to cheese ratio. Lots of good cheese, but it didn't feel like too much! However, the bagel could have been more toasted but that's probably on me for not specifying to have a toasty bagel.
Big call out from me is that the bagel was very small which made for a smaller sandwich which isn't always fun. The place was decently big inside but not that great to sit in. I'd probably opt for takeout next time.
Overall, not a bad sandwich given our West Chester bagel options but a little pricey and a bit small. -

First time.....LAST time. Went for breakfast sandwich to go. They were out of sausage. Bagel selection was scant. Ordered bacon, egg and Swiss on a bagel. I asked for toasted bagel. It was barely warm. Bacon was almost non existent on the sandwich. When you pay $5?for a breakfast sandwich, at least they should get the order right!!

Hadn't been to BB for a few years, so I was excited to revisit them.
Unfortunately, prices seem to have gone way up from what I remember. It was $17.17 for two chicken salad sandwiches, that's it. No drinks, no cookies, no chips, nothing else, just bagel sandwiches that came with a pickle slice and a little shot of coleslaw. They were very light on the meat too. And I am confused as to why they used broken toothpicks / skewers, with splinters on the end, to hold the sandwich together? Super disappointing.
The taste was fine, but not as good as other bagel places, especially for the money. I tried to access their menu in multiple places online beforehand, but couldn't find one anywhere. Now I know why. We'd have passed them up for another lunch spot if we had found the menu with current prices. Very bummed to have gone back to a place I used to really like, for super-overpriced food. This is the outskirts of West Chester, not uptown Manhattan. -

I really enjoy coming to the bagel bistro for lunch. The owner is always there making the lunches. The sandwiches are very good, and the portion size is large.
I have had the Ruben, and the turkey bacon melt. Both were great ,glad I stumbled onto his place, because it has become a regular stop for me when I am in the area.
